Who we are. Adolwin (Adolwin Consulting & Creative House) runs this Brand Audit.
What we collect. The details you enter (business, links, answers, name, email, WhatsApp number), an optional screenshot, the public content of the website you give us, and basic technical data to prevent abuse.
Why. To write your report, email it to you, and follow up about it. We don't sell your data or use it for anything else. Screenshots are used only while your report is written and are not stored.
Who processes it. Our hosting and database providers, our email provider, and an AI provider (Anthropic) that writes the report. They process it on our behalf only.
Voice. Talking to Wins is optional and off until you switch it on. When you use the mic or hands-free (“say Wins”), your browser turns your speech into text using its own speech service (for example Google in Chrome or Apple in Safari); only the text reaches us. Hands-free listens only while this site is open and stops when you turn it off or close the page. Spoken replies are played on your device.
How long. Up to 12 months, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@adolwin.com. This notice is written to meet India's DPDP Act, the UAE's data protection law and the GDPR.
